Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the safari date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees and forest department regulations.
If the safari is cancelled by the Forest Department due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule your booking or process a refund as per official guidelines.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
